03 — WE'LL TAKE IT FROM HERE

We'll review your claim and, if approved, arrange a repair or replacement.

COVERED

  • Broken links or chains caused by manufacturing defects

  • Defective clasps and closures

  • Structural faults caused by defective materials or workmanship

NOT COVERED

  • Lost or stolen jewelry

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Scratches and normal wear and tear

  • Tarnishing or cosmetic changes from regular use

Our lifetime warranty applies to the original owner and covers qualifying manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the piece, subject to the full warranty terms. Proof of purchase may be requested.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit any protections available under applicable law.
