Our honey is different. It is cold-extracted and never heated above the natural temperature of the hive. This helps keep its natural enzymes, antioxidants, and pollen.

Each honeycomb is carefully chosen when the honey is ready. The honey is gently spun out, lightly filtered to remove bits of wax, and bottled raw. No additives. No shortcuts.
