The Relic takes the cross and carves it into a geometric rhombus pattern, so it reads less like a charm and more like something forged. From across the room it is a heavy silver-tone ring. It is made to be worn, not kept in a box. The body is stainless steel, which has no copper in it, so it will not leave a green or orange ring on your finger. The silver finish is vacuum ion plated, a bonded coating rather than thin dip plating that flakes off, and if a finish ever does wear after years of use, what is underneath is still steel, not copper. Wash your hands with it on. Shower, train, work with your hands, go out. There is no polishing, no pouch and no routine to keep up.

Getting the size right. Carved, chunky rings tend to fit snugger than the size chart suggests. If you are between two sizes, go up. Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are at their largest, and if your knuckle is wider than the base of your finger, size for the knuckle so it slides on without a fight.

Every Hainrihs piece, whether a ring, necklace, bracelet, chain or watch, carries a lifetime warranty against defects. If the finish peels or flakes under normal wear, a stone comes loose, a clasp or link fails, or the piece cracks or breaks, we replace it free. On watches, that includes the movement failing. Look after it so it lasts. Stainless steel pieces: pat them dry and avoid bleach and abrasive cleaners. Pieces marked "keep dry" in their details are fashion jewellery: take them off before showers, swimming and the gym, and wipe them dry.

Not covered: loss or theft, deliberate damage, bending a piece out of shape (such as an open band back and forth), damage from bleach or abrasive cleaners, water damage to pieces marked "keep dry", and watch batteries.

We list a design only if we're willing to replace it for life.

30 days from delivery to request a return.

Condition: unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How it works: email Hello@hainrihs.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we send a return label and instructions. Please don't send anything back before we confirm, as unrequested returns can't be accepted.

Refunds: once your return arrives and is inspected, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges: return the item you have, then place a new order for the one you want. It's the fastest way to get it.
