A 12 mm band with your name in Old English lettering, built to read like an inscription on a cathedral wall. Choose silver or gold, then your size. It says who you are before you say a word. It's the kind of piece that gets noticed across a bar and remembered the next day.

Stainless steel with a high polish. There's no copper in the metal, so no green or orange stain on your skin, and it copes with water, sweat and daily wear. Made to order: allow 7–10 working days before it ships. Check the spelling, because it is made exactly as written. The name can't be changed once production starts, about 24 hours after you order.

At 12 mm this band sits tighter than the size chart suggests. If you're between sizes, go up one. Stainless steel is lighter than sterling at the same size, so even a chunky band stays comfortable all day.

Every piece, backed for life.

Every Hainrihs piece, whether a ring, necklace, bracelet, chain or watch, carries a lifetime warranty against defects. If the finish peels or flakes under normal wear, a stone comes loose, a clasp or link fails, or the piece cracks or breaks, we replace it free. On watches, that includes the movement failing. 2. We review it and confirm your replacement.
3. We ship it to you at no cost.

Look after it so it lasts. Stainless steel pieces: pat them dry and avoid bleach and abrasive cleaners. Pieces marked "keep dry" in their details are fashion jewellery: take them off before showers, swimming and the gym, and wipe them dry.

Not covered: loss or theft, deliberate damage, bending a piece out of shape (such as an open band back and forth), damage from bleach or abrasive cleaners, water damage to pieces marked "keep dry", and watch batteries.

We list a design only if we're willing to replace it for life.

30 days from delivery to request a return.

Condition: unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How it works: email Hello@hainrihs.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we send a return label and instructions. Please don't send anything back before we confirm, as unrequested returns can't be accepted.

Refunds: once your return arrives and is inspected, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges: return the item you have, then place a new order for the one you want. It's the fastest way to get it.
